Green Street Residence

Adjacent to the Presidio, with sweeping views over the bay, this 100-year-old San Francisco home had not been updated since the early 1990s. KMD worked with the owners on a full renovation and kitchen update to transform the space into a modern yet timeless city escape. KMD reimagined the main staircase, connecting the living spaces with subtle curves. Decorative plaster walls and new white oak floors bring warmth and texture, while furniture and lighting add a playful edge.
